A Comfortable, cozy studio cottage sleeps two! 
This delightful, self-contained studio cottage is nestled among pines and firs on three park-like acres - a designated wild life back yard sanctuary. The guest cottage overlooks the meadow and pond, with a bird's eye view of local wildlife. There is a picnic table and gas barbecue on the deck. The well-equipped kitchen includes: Stove top, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, blender, toaster, all necessary pots, pans, dishes, & utensils. Queen sized comfy bed; Fireplace; Spacious bathroom. All linens provided. Local phone line with free local calls. TV for VCR/DVD. Stereo CD/Tape player. We are conveniently located on the south end of Whidbey Island, just minutes from the Village of Langley, the Clinton ferry, and many fine restaurants and shops. Come visit us - Whidbey Island is a fun place to explore, and the perfect getaway. RENTAL RATES / POLICIES
A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to secure your reservation. Sorry, there is no refund on deposits for reservations canceled with less than 72 hours notice, unless we are able to fill your cancellation. On all cancellations we have to retain 4% of the deposit amount to recapture banking fees charged to us. We are a small business, and last minute cancellations impact us greatly. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. This is a non-smoking facility.
