Beach at Manor Point

This large no-bank waterfront vacation home is located just south of Coupeville near the tip of Long Point peninsula on Penn Cove providing fantastic sunrises and a panoramic view of Saratoga Passage, Camano Island and Mt Baker. This 2500sq ft vacation home features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on two levels. A modern kitchen with a bright and cheery sunroom, living room with a wood fireplace, 2 baths and 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level. The large master bedroom includes a private outside entry, king bed, a sitting area with stunning water and mountain views, a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a propane stove. Two additional bedrooms, both with queen size beds share a full bath. The lower level provides walk out access to the beach with a family room with 2 sleeper sofas, 32” TV, a gas fireplace, a small reading/game room, laundry facilities and an additional 3/4 bath w/ shower. All linens and towels are provided. The maximum occupancy is 8. 

We're sure you'll find a restful and relaxing island vacation at the Beach at Manor Point. If you wish to escape the rigors of urban life give the idea of spending a few days on Whidbey Island some real consideration.

All rates subject to 8.3% WA State and Island Co. tax. Special discounts may be given for winter months and extended stays. For the comfort of our guest we have a strict No Smoking and No Pet policy. Children are welcome.

Deposit:
Reservations necessary, secured by 50% deposit. 
Balance due 21 days prior to arrival.

Refunds: 
Full refund if cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to arrival unless your stay is re-booked with another party.
