The Bluff is
located 200 feet above the shores of Puget Sound near the swirling waters
and towering forests of Deception Pass State Park. The expansive views
over the country gardens are dominated by the North Cascades and Mt. Baker.
Surrounded by two wooded ravines and 300 feet of coastline, The Bluff is
private and secluded.

Directions
Find Your
Way to Tranquility!
Driving Directions (scenic):
From I-5, drive to the Mukilteo-Clinton
Ferry (leaves every 30 minutes).
Once on Whidbey Island, follow the
highway through scenic farms and coastline 37 miles to Oak Harbor.
About 6 miles further (10 minutes
past Oak Harbor) turn right on Jones Road.
Go 3 miles to where Koontz Road
intersects with Jones, and look for The Bluff on Whidbey to your right.
Driving Directions (direct):
From I-5, take the North Cascades
Highway exit and head west on SR 20.
Follow SR 20 for 11.6 miles then
veer south to remain on SR 20 to Deception Pass State Park.
Once over the Deception Pass bridge,
drive 1.6 miles and turn left on Troxell Road.
Turn right on Koontz Road after
2.6 miles.
Koontz Rd. will come to a "T" at
Jones Road after .7 miles, where you'll see the entrance to The Bluff on
Whidbey.
