| Make the Chef’s
Pantry your first stop for cheese, wine and fabulous take-out food! Our
storefront is located just 10 minutes from the Clinton ferry, in the heart
of the scenic waterfront village of Langley. Northwest Best Places
calls Langley “the most sophisticated town on Whidbey Island.”
We feature a quality array of freshly cut artisanal cheese and cured meats
and chef-prepared take-out salads, baguettes and more. We carry imported
pastas and extra virgin olive oils, an array of artisan salts and specialty
food items from Stonewall Kitchen and BR Cohn. We are an easy first stop
for all the goodies you'll need for a great time on Whidbey. We're happy
to pack a picnic box for the beach or help you select some cheese and wine
to enjoy fireside. Our quality wine selection includes carefully selected
small production wine and champagne from Italy and France. We can also
help you put together a gourmet gift basket with our specialty food items
and gifts. Chef/owner Donna Leahy, the nationally acclaimed cookbook author
of Morning Glories (Rizzoli) and Recipe for Country Inn (Harper
Collins), carefully selects all of the products we sell. Please stop

Directions

From Seattle and
points south of the Island, take I-5 North to Exit 189, and follow signs
to the Whidbey Island/Mukilteo Ferry. Enjoy a scenic 20 minute crossing
to Whidbey Island. From the ferry terminal, travel approximately 2 ½
miles on Highway 525 to Langley Road (just after Ken's Korner Shopping
Plaza). Turn right on Langley Road, and go approximately 3 miles to Langley.
Turn right onto Cascade Avenue. At the stop sign just past the Saratoga
Inn, turn left onto Second Street. Go two blocks, then turn right onto
Anthes Avenue. The Chef's Pantry is on the right, on the brick courtyard
next to Good Cheer.

From Bellingham
and points north of the Island, take I-5 South to Exit 230, and follow
signs to Deception Pass Bridge. Cross the bridge to Whidbey Island. Drive
down the Island on Highway 20, which then becomes Highway 525. Turn left
at Langley Road and go approximately 3 miles to Langley. Go right onto
Cascade Avenue. At the stop sign just past the Saratoga Inn, turn left
onto Second Street. Go two blocks, then turn right onto Anthes Avenue.
